Dubbed as โThe Summer Capital of the Philippinesโ, Baguio City is a popular tourist destination to both Filipinos and foreigners alike because of its cold weather. In fact, during the American occupation, this is where the American military personnel always love to go. Baguio City has a lot to offer in terms of culture, beautiful natural scenery, and nice topography. However, I know for a fact that the Philippines, despite having a significant number of Muslim citizens, lacks a comprehensive information on halal restaurants in Baguio City, was well as in other major cities like Manila and Cebu, among others.
I have many Muslim friends inside and outside the Philippines, and for their benefit (and for every Muslim travelerโs benefit), I did a research and compiled this list of 11 halal restaurants that can be found in Baguio City*. I wish I was able to eat on these restaurants and review them during my stay there. But I can always go back to do it, right? I promise to provide them a detailed review next time.
